The master bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and is connected the to master bathroom which has a walk in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with a TV and the second guest bedroom has two twin beds with a TV. Enjoy the easy ground floor accessibility to the beach access that is just steps away from your patio. You will have everything you need for your vacation as this condo is equipped with dinner and cookware, linens, cable TV, wireless internet, and a full sized washer and dryer. Historic downtown is located just a short drive down A1A where you will find load of local restaurants, family activities, and ample things to do.

Great Beach week!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed this condo. Love the extra cabinet space for all our snacks that we bring. Love the location and all the table space for family dinners!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy staying in this unit, lots of seating for our extended family that are in other units to gather for meals. Master bath is nicely updated as well as the kitchen. Only drawback is the owner has several locked closets for personal items that present a problem with where to hang clothes and unpack suitcases, and lots of owner's personal items throughout the unit. But overall, great unit and we had a great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a good time. We would come back to this resort but not necessarily this exact condo. I’m aware it’s a pet friendly condo, but it has a not so pleasant odor (I had to buy some air freshener). There was also dog hair on a pillow sham/pillow in the master bedroom. I don’t feel like things had been truly cleaned out wiped down in quite some time. The cabinets in the master bathroom were dirty from makeup and the dinner stoppers on the kitchen sink’s rack had mold on them. I know these things can be easily missed when just doing a quick run through cleaning, but it’s not something I want to see on vacation. The location of the condo was the best part. It was close to a pool and the boardwalk to get to the beach. It has a huge patio that made storing our beach items easy. The full table and couch made us wanting to sit out there often.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming here for over 30 years on our family reunion vacation. This year we had 154 family all at the condos. We have tent city on the beach everyday. Potluck dinner from patio to patio where we recognize birthdays, anniversary and accomplishments once during the week. The condos are wonderful and staff is great. This year we had four or could have been five generations of cousins together. We love this place and come from all over the US to gather. This year we had trivia night at the Gazebo for the first time. Such fun. Great place for families. This all started with my grandparents A K and Lizzie Story. They would be so proud.
