Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please set the thermostat to 60 degrees.
Turn off the air conditioner .
Verify the gas to the grill is turned off.
Close the Fireplace screen. Fireplace should not be left with hot embers.
Please empty all garbage cans before leaving the house. ALL garbage (including cardboard boxes) needs to be placed in bags before it is put in the garbage cans outside.
Please lock the door and place the keys back in the lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
