About this property
Hot Tub · Fire Pit · EV Charger · Near Asheville
Step onto the front porch and breathe in the cool Blue Ridge air — this is The Rosewood, your own private cottage retreat just minutes from Asheville. Inside, deep purples and warm brass and wood tones create a mood that feels nothing like a generic rental. Out back, a secluded hot tub deck waits under the tree canopy, completely shielded from the world. Guests consistently call it a "little private paradise." You'll understand exactly why the moment you arrive.
ABOUT THIS SPACE
The Rosewood is a single-level (once inside) 1-bedroom cottage packed with personality and thoughtful detail. Three steps lead inside to a living space anchored by a bold purple sofa, a glowing electric fireplace, and a 55" Smart 4K Roku TV — a color palette and vibe that's unmistakably its own.
LIVING ROOM: The plush purple sofa pulls out into a full queen sleeper for extra guests. Board games are stocked. In-unit washer and dryer tuck neatly into this room. Sliding glass door opens directly onto the back deck.
BEDROOM: A king-size Helix hybrid mattress with hotel-quality linens for genuinely great sleep. Ample closet storage and a full dresser invite you to unpack and settle in — ideal for extended stays.
KITCHEN & DINING: Open-concept layout with natural oak cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Coffee maker, blender, full cookware set, toaster, knife set, and wine glasses. The 6-seat dining table seats your whole group for meals in, game nights, or slow weekend mornings.
BATHROOM: Combination tub-and-shower with toiletries, hair dryer, and fresh towels. Bathrobes provided for hot tub evenings — guests mention them in nearly every review.
FRONT PORCH: One of Rosewood's defining features. Pull up a chair, pour your coffee, and ease into the mountain air. Quiet, restorative, hard to find in most rentals, easy to love here.
HOT TUB DECK: The real centerpiece. Enclosed and tree-lined for complete privacy. Pre-heated hot tub waiting on arrival. Electric BBQ grill and bistro dining area. Shared community fire pit with Adirondack chairs and firewood included for evenings under the stars.
WORKSPACE: Fast WiFi with a dedicated laptop-friendly surface. In-unit laundry and a Level 2 EV charger in the driveway — one of the few Asheville rentals to offer this.

Delightful place
The Rosewood is a spacious, comfortable place to stay. There is a very nicely equipped kitchen. Also a very comfy bed. I love the front porch rockers for a pleasant spot to sit and read when the weather is nice. The neighborhood is quiet, but a fairly easy hop into downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, NC Arboretum, and Biltmore. We are happy repeat visitors.

About the host
Your host
Welcome to your home away from home!
I'm Andrea, and my husband, Jason, are the owners of Asheville Luxury Cottages.
This whole adventure started over 20 years ago during a scuba diving trip in Bonaire, when I had a random thought: “Wouldn’t it be cool to run a B&B someday?” A career turn to be sure, having spent 30+ years in healthcare! Still, service, caring for people, and paying attention to details have always been second nature, so hosting just felt right.
Today, we’re proud to welcome travelers to beautiful Asheville—not quite a tropical island, but every bit as magical. Whether you're here for the arts and crafts, the rich natural history, iconic film locations, mouthwatering food, or heart-pumping outdoor adventures, Asheville has something for everyone.
We’re honored to offer you a peaceful, comfortable place to unwind after a day of exploring. Relax, recharge, and enjoy every moment—we’re so glad you’re here.
