This stylish and bright row home with all the modern comforts and a touch of southern charm. Walking distance to all Savannah has to offer, but off the main path enough to enjoy peaceful nights and restful sleep on a Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress. Ample free street parking right out front makes parking a breeze.

Whip up a meal in the spacious fully equipped kitchen. Soak up the sun in the shared courtyard. The bedroom and the living room has a Roku Smart TV. The extra bed being a pull down Murphy`s bed with a true mattress makes for a comfortable sleep. Wake up with fresh roasted coffee brewed just the way you like it. High speed internet keeps you connected. Explore Savannah by foot or take an easy day trip to the beach.

We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs in this unit. We ask that you please keep them off of furniture and linens and we require that they be on leash or in carriers any time they are in the shared garage or courtyard, that they be taken off property for all potty breaks, and that all of their waste be disposed of off property. All dogs staying at the property must be up to date on flea preventative.

-Noise is a big deal in Savannah. The City Ordinance states that a sound can`t be above 50 decibels (dB) between 7 PM and 7 AM for residential homes. This is a conversational volume.

-Any courtyard or outdoor area must be vacated by 10 PM Friday – Saturday and 9 PM Sunday – Thursday out of courtesy to the neighbors and other guests. This is also to comply with the City of Savannah Noise Ordinance. It is our main concern that you truly enjoy your visit to Savannah. The city will assess heavy fines for violation of the noise ordinance.

-This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds except for events utilizing the whole estate and where the owner grants a permit.

-Please always remove shoes in the house. This helps with noise for any guests that may be below you, protects the floors, keeps the home clean, and is a simple rule that helps everyone.

-Smoking is never allowed on any part of the property, courtyards, garages, or patios. Please leave the premises if you need to smoke. Savannah is beautiful to walk around.

- We cannot fix or refund any issue not brought to us as it occurs, not after your stay.
