*Minimum 31 days* This beautiful apartment is located in the exclusive and peaceful neighborhood of Alamo Heights. Adjacent to the Botanical Gardens and within walking distance of the SA Zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club, Fort Sam Houston and only 10 mins drive to Downtown. It is remodeled with wood and tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms, custom all tile shower & granite counter tops. Outside the apartment there is a BBQ grill, sitting area and lots of reserved parking space.

This three-bedroom 1000 square foot home has everything you may need. Cable TV, high speed internet/ WIFI, washer and dryer, and much more. The 3 bedrooms can comfortably sleep six guests, plus an queen air mattress. This home can accommodate a total of 8 guests. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. I can assure you will love it! You are welcome to enjoy this home in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard. You have 2 reserved parking spots within the complex and plenty more off street.

Located in a quite area inside Alamo Heights of San Antonio, right behind the Botanical Gardens and near the University of the Incarnate Word. Apartment is walking distance to the San Antonio Zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club and only 10 mins drive to downtown San Antonio. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away and some are even walking distance.

• Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required.
• Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required.
-Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first)

I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you're here, the apartment is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. Once you have settled in, do not forget to check out my list of top recommended sites to enjoy while you are in the Alamo city. I want your stay to be as pleasant as possible so please don't hesitate to contact me via the app.

High chair and Pack n Play available upon request.
- This is Apartment #3 in the complex (First floor, the apartment in the center of building)
- Parties are NOT allowed!
- BBQ area is on the back of the building
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these case

Peaceful family 👪 getaway

I don't usually write reviews, but our stay was so very pleasant. The location was fantastic and it was so peaceful, even at night on the weekend. The apartment was easy to get to and to get to all the places we wanted to get to! We felt safe and enjoyed the room that the apartment had to offer. We will definitely stay here again...multiple times!

Great Location

Our family met up in San Antonio to spend our last family vacation together- one of our family members is terminally ill. There were four adults and three kids that stayed seven days here. The location was great! The longest drive we encountered was to Aquatica/Seaworld. The Bontanical gardens are in walking distance as is Brekenridge Park. We highly suggest this park! Our family spent many cherished evenings there. When pulling up to the apartment complex, it is clean with stripped parking. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe enough for us to walk it. * There is a dog across the street that barked non stop for two nights. * The apartment was very clean! *Fabuloso scent was so overwhelming that it could be smelled in the parking lot* It is simple and cute. The open space of the kitchen and living room was nice and allowed for us to cook and eat together. The dining table seats six so we were able to play board games. The bedroom with the trundle bed stays hot! It was in the triple digits the week of our stay We purchased a fan to put in the hallway to blow cool air into that room. The living room is cozy with a chair, sofa, and coffee table. Perfect for a smaller group than ours. We used blankets to make pallets for the kids to lay on when we watched a movie. There is a tv and internet. The washer is sooo small! Two beach towels were a full load. I would recommend this property to a group of four or smaller. It is very clean, in a safe neighborhood & with a great location!

Nice apartment

It was a nice apartment for our one night trip. Plenty of space downstairs for 4 adults and 4 kids. The bedrooms were spacious and nice. It was nice that it had two showers/bathrooms. It was hot when he arrived but cooled quickly. They had coffee which was a plus. The parking was right in front of the apartment. The area didn’t look to great but it was definitely safe during our stay. It was great that it was 10 minutes from all of our excursions we had planned. The futon downstairs was comfortable to sleep on, my boyfriend wants to buy one now. Overall good stay for our short family get away.

Great for a quick family trip

Great for a quick family trip. We booked this location for my son‘s graduation from the Air Force. It was about 20 minutes from the location and we had plenty of space to spread out with our family of six and two dogs. The thing about the gated yard was not quite accurate. We did have to walk around to the back and it was not gated. Keep in mind if you have a lot of people in the house you can blow a fuse pretty easily. Also the fireplace did not work. Overall it’s quick and easy cheap vacation for San Antonio.

We had a great stay at the apartment!! 2 adults and 3 teens, and a dog. We had plenty of space! It was super convenient having a washer and dryer. Also, there is a fenced in area behind the apartments for dogs! It was a helpful feature to have. Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.
