Fully equipped holiday apartment with spacious surroundings located in Premantura, the southernmost tip of Istrian peninsula. Premantura is known as a charming tourist place abundant in greenery and proud of its clear and clean sea. South of the town is Cape Kamenjak– a protected landscape 9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with altogether 30 km of indented coastline.

Apartment is 500 meters distanced from the sea, well fenced for the children protection and guests privacy, sharing parking place with nearby holiday house "Jasna".

Living space of 63 sq meters is spread over ground floor with exit to the covered terrace furnished with outdoor sitting facilities.

Garden and surrounding area spread over 150 m2 make a perfect spot for the outdoor living, children playground and relaxed barbecue dinners. Your pet will be grateful for choosing this holiday apartment !

There is also area of cca 235 m2 with parking space and outside showers which can be used by both houses.

Odlična lokacija za lastnike psov. Stanovanje ima vse kar se potrebuje, zelo veliko dvorišče z nadstreškom za vozila. Prav posebej pa je potrebno izpostaviti gostoljubnost gostiteljice Jasne.

Casa adattissima e pulita, posizione strategica sia per passeggiare lungo mare con i cani che andare in centro paese per spese alimentari o altro. 3 minuti dal parco naturale, ottima privacy. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile , parla bene l’italiano. Punto di riferimento per le ferie a Premantura per noi, prezzo più che onesto.
