The house is beautiful. There was a welcome bag with coffee and cleaning supplies. The house was immaculate. The hostess was great and answered our questions upfront. The location is terrific as downtown Lewes is only minutes away and Rehobeth is about 25 minutes in traffic. I would definitely stay again; cute and quiet neighborhood.

It was a joy staying in a literally brand new house, and the location was perfect: a 6 minute drive to the town of Lewes and Savannah beach. Although the backyard outdoor area was very small, we did enjoy the outdoor shower! The house itself was well built, with a roomy well appointed kitchen and a nice open floor plan. All the bedrooms were located in separate parts of the house, each with their own bathroom. We were two couples, but the house could comfortably accommodate 3 couples, and even one or two children as well.Our hosts were very responsive to our needs. They even had a repair man come quickly on short notice to fix a minor issue common in new construction. It was obvious that they were eager to make our stay an enjoyable one. And they succeeded!
