Charming 2-bedroom Patio Villa in The Villages

Welcome to this superbly located and beautifully maintained Patio Villa nestled in The Villages. The cozy 2 bedrooms offer a primary suite featuring a King Bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with a step-in shower; while the second bedroom offers flexibility for guests with a Queen Bed and a full guest bath nearby. The interior offers ceramic flooring throughout the entire Villa along with quartz countertops in the kitchen and both baths.

The location is superb for golfing as it's only a 5 to 20 minute cart ride to 8 Championship Golf Courses along with multiple recreation centers featuring swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, basketball, etc. In addition it's only a 20 minute cart ride to 2 town squares, along with shopping, dining, and all the fantastic amenities The Villages has to offer.

A two-passenger golf cart is available for an additional charge.

I want to thank my host, David, for providing me with the information i wanted. I live up north and this was my first visit to the Villages. I was not disappointed in ANY area! The house was Perfect, it was very clean and had eveything I needed. t is conveniently location to shopping, and near Spanish Springs Town Square, and the many different rec centers. It was extremely easy to get around. My only regret, is not staying longer. Do not hesitate to book!

The house was comfortable and clean. David, the host, was very easy to work with and always responded quickly to our questions. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Kitchen supplies were limited. Bring your own measuring cups, paring knife, mixer, baking pans. There is plenty of room in the kitchen to store food and other items. Our only concern was near checkout time when the cleaning crew showed almost an hour before checkout time and we felt we had to leave early as she came in and started to clean. I would recommend renting this home to anyone who would enjoy a comfortable, basic rental.

The renter left the unit in good shape. The cleaning company showed up at 10:15 am and checkout time is 10 so I’m not sure where the misunderstanding happened.
