You will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms within 1181 square feet, to comfortably accommodate 7 guests.
From the garage elevator or exterior stairs and up to the front door entryway, you will be greeted by the homes main living area.

Never spoke to the host. Condo was dated and not in particularly good condition. Linens were old, and gross as were the pillows. TV upstairs did not work. Ceiling were low enough that my son repeatedly hit his head. No windows made the condo dungeon like. Kitchen was poorly stocked, pots and pans were old and probably should not be used. Overall pretty poor except the location

The location is great! Easy walk to lifts. Good parking and elevator to apartments. Condo is worn out; mattresses must be replaced! Appliances falling apart or not working. No fireplace tools, be aware no windows or porch, skylights and small high windows.Nice older place but needs som TLC.

Less than a 5 minute walk up hill behind the condo, you can access all that Park City Mountain has to offer, which is what we did. The elevator in the building is the fastest one we have experienced, which is great. While I would have liked to have had a balcony for our summer trip, I think this 3rd floor condo would be absolutely perfect in the winter when you want to come in and get warm by the fire. Love the kitchen, dining room and family area!

First time to Park City
Property was in a fantastic location! Unit was in great shape and had plenty of space for our 3 young children. Direct access to Park City Mountain and a short ride to Deer Valley. Very easy to get to Main Street as well.

It all adds up!!!!
This property had numerous things wrong with it and they might seem trivial but they all add up:
1. Not enough towels
2. Poor wifi
3. Beds were not comfortable
4. stair case was broken and a major liability for young kids, asked maintenance to fix it but no improvement
5. hair dryer was broken
6. poor water pressure in shower
7. not enough kitchen supplies
8. one of the beds was not made when we got there, one of the beds is in the living room.
The only benefit to this place was the location of the unit. It was an easy walk to the slopes. But for the cost I believe we deserved better accommodations. All these things add up to a poor experience.

Comfortable and convenient
This condo is in a great location with easy access to Park City Mountain. Clean with a great updated kitchen. My kids loved the spiral staircase and bunk beds. The only complaint would be not much natural light due to limited windows and only 4 coffee mugs and limited pots and pans.
