Ideal for families and groups, Three Seasons combines the convenience of a hotel with the comfort of a condo with each suite having a separate living room and kitchen Entrances to the suites encircle two large atriums and feature a host of amenities. The building offers great entertainment with billiards (quarters required), ping pong, and foosball in the ground floor game room. Channel your inner pool shark with your friends and family at the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Cyclists rejoice — the property is furnished with a complimentary bike washing station and an indoor storage facility designed to protect your precious cargo. Located 855 yards from the base area, convenient free shuttle pick-up can bring you directly to the base area in winter and historic Crested Butte in the Summer. Enjoy additional property amenities like parking for 2, coin-operated laundry, and wifi in the condo. Please note this is on the second floor of the Three Seasons. There is no elevator, but there is a luggage lift that can be used to send your bags to the second floor.

(NOTE: the communal pool/hot tub may close during the shoulder seasons of April/May and October/November. Please confirm if you are traveling during these dates.)

The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. The Buttes are within close walking distance of the main transit center. Summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; winter schedule runs every 15 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes.

The location and building were great, but the host for this unit didn’t properly prepare for our stay. They initially provided only 2 towels but we had 4 guests during our stay. We would’ve liked extras for the hot tub as well. The code to the main front door wouldn’t work, so we had to enter through the master bedroom. We asked about coffee prior to our stay, but they only left us 1 coffee filter and mostly decaf coffee. The TV remote wasn’t working either, so we were unable to use the TV for the duration of our stay.We reached out to the host about these issues, and they initially didn't seem apologetic. They did bring more towels and coffee filters the following morning, which we appreciated. However, the TV and door code still weren’t working. We reached out again, and they fixed the door code that afternoon, but not the TV.The host also didn’t provide check out instructions. We would’ve appreciated more attentiveness and preparedness for our stay.

Great place

Adequately shocked kitchen forvthose like us who like to cook rather than eat out. Shuttle bus picked up right across the street from the front door. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Red Lady lift, or a 4-5 minute bus ride.

Great location!

This condo is very conveniently located close to the ski base. There is a shuttle that stops right in front of the property, but it is also a nice 5-10 min walk from the ski base. The condo was clean and offered everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. We did not have any problems while staying there. I'll highly recommend this condo.

The Place was Great!

Location was great, place was good. Resort needs some modernization. My only complaint was the neighbor smoking cannabis that smelled like skunk. Didn’t matter if the windows were open or closed it was in our place most of our stay.

Great Place

This is a great location for Crested Butte. Definitely want to come back. Only issue was with the building as a whole. The main door to get in the building is a bit finicky and doesn't always work. This is not issue with the unit, just building overall.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I have stayed in short term rentals in CB for many, many years but never stayed in Three Seasons until this year. The unit was better than we expected--very nicely updated and decorated, comfortable. Location was perfect. Quiet. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped but was sufficient for us. When we checked in there was no dish soap or dish cloth and only one dish towel. After a call to the manager, we had all three within five minutes. (However, there were no potholders, which I would have asked for if I had realized initially.) Ice maker in the fridge worked great!! Check in and out was easy. Communication with manager was excellent. Would stay here again. Crested Butte Lodging is great to work with.

The listing noted that the bed in the primary bedroom is a king but it was much smaller than the king bed I sleep in at home. I don’t travel with a tape measure but my king size pillow took up over half the width of the mattress which was a bummer for my partner and I. The unit otherwise suited our needs but we specifically booked this for the king size bed over other available options. The property was close to the ski resort but the bus was only running once per hour due to staffing issues and we were told from a driver that First Tracks will not pick up from or drop off to the building as the host suggests. We ended up walking down in our gear and waiting for the bus at the end of the day. I know that there isn’t anything the host could do about this but something for others to take into consideration for planning.
