Amazing location and condo

We had an amazing time here. The location is perfect for little kids. Heater pool at the condo and then 5 min walk to a beach set up for kids with two huge parks. Who could ask for more. The condo itself is stocked with everything we needed and we added a couple extra toys for kids. We'll definitely be back.

Great place to stay. Perfect location to access all that Kauai has to offer. Very quiet area right on the beach. Beautiful sunrises and a quick walk to Lydgate beach park which our grandkids loved. Condo was perfect for us with 2 adults and 2 kids and the pool was a great way to wind down after a day of exploring . This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and we will be back! Condo is perfect

The location was great for me and my sister. It took about 45min to just over a 1 hr to get to our furthest destinations on the South or North Shore. It was very quiet and not a lot of foot traffic so it was great a spot to return to at the end of a busy day. Easy foot walk to Lydgate beach as well.

Great location!

We stayed here for a week. Great location as it’s easy access to the North, South and the airport. It’s also close to Kapaa with groceries and restaurants. The trade winds provided nice cooling and the condo is well-equipped. Would have loved the dishes to be cleaner though. We cleaned them prior to using them.

Great sunrise view

Sunrise was awesome from the lanai everyday. The grounds are kept well and the beach was perfect to chill on. The beach is too rough to swim at but there is a protect swim area in the park 1 km away. The condo has beach chairs and a cooler. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Great location for all amenities!

Check in process is very self sufficient and management gives you all the info needed for a smooth transaction. Great place for families, Lydgate Park and beach is walking distance and kids will love it! Lihue close by for groceries but the Safeway is pricy, I suggest going to Costco or Walmart in the opposite direction for groceries. I esp loved that they allow a few basics to be left behind for the next visitor… I would definitely return:)

Every morning included a beautiful sunrise from the lanai and a walk on the beach to the swimming area just a block north. The ladies at Garden Valley Properties were so helpful when we realized our beach umbrella was broken. They ordered a new one at the hardware store and we picked it up on our way to Hanalei Bay. Beautiful island, beautiful condo.

The view and beach side setting can't be beat. The pool is wonderful and both the condo and the complex are kept stocked and up to date. This place will be even better when it's short bike path fully connects with the other 5 miles of path that is one of the most spectacular bike paths I've ever seen as it runs right up the coast line. Althouth it's not wlkable to town this actually provides for a more quiet, serene setting. A good value as well! It exceded my expectations!

WOW! Perfect location for Kauai adventure

Just right for our family. Deck was amazing. Ocean breeze through the unit was great. Has three beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler for beach adventures. I bought two good boogie boards. You won't get any sleep with the roosters constantly crowing so bring ear plugs. No AC. Windows are always open. Location is in between a park and a walking trail runs right along the beach perfect for morning and evening walks.

From SC to Kauai

The overall stay was good. However, I was told that the check in instructions and keypad code would be provided 4 days prior to arrival. I received the code the day of our arrival. Communication was ok but not great. Each time I asked for the keypad code it was not answered. But overall it was a good stay.
