Large, spacious home with many updates. The outdoor area with the pool and seating was amazing and allowed our entire group a place to relax and visit. Showers were updated and all bedding was very comfortable. Kitchen was also updated and provided for all our needs! 100 % would return again

Outside property was not maintained. Dead grass. Cobwebs. Garbage not picked up. Dirty grill. Pool was the feature to this property. The pool was not functioning and not clean. I had to call pool maintenance in myself and pay out of pocket. Owner did not refund my expenses.

House was perfect both in general and for our needs. Location was as advertised. Host was cooperative with clear not to numerous instructions and info. Pool looked great. We didn’t have time to use it. Next time for sure. We didn’t bring our dog this trip but house was pet friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. Great communication and host was very prompt in responding. The house is wonderful. You will have a lot of space. Rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable.Kitchen: General dinnerware (utensils, plates, mugs/cups), pots and pans are all there. The only callout is that you plan to bring your own tools (mixing bowls, measuring spoons, etc). Not something that changes my 5 star rating for the property

Very clean and stocked very well had everything we needed communication was great, the reason we do not give a 5 star and could honestly be much lower had they not excelled in every other area is the hot tub advertised was not functional and pool heater is disconnected which is one of the main mean reasons we picked this home.

I was extremely disappointed with this property and how everything was handled. We booked this home months in advance for my fiancée’s bachelorette party because we wanted a relaxing place for a slumber party with friends and family from out of town. Our main goals was to watch movies from the hot tub using a projector, we specifically searched for properties with both a pool and hot tub. The listing showed a beautiful backyard, pool, and hot tub.The night before our stay, the host informed us the hot tub did not work and removed the hot tub photo. This was a huge blow and would have been a dealbreaker for us when booking. The host claimed it was disclosed in the listing, but it was not when we booked. Unfortunately, things only got worse . The refrigerator took almost 8 hours to work properly, leaving us with warm drinks and melted ice cream. The backyard was in horrific condition, with weeds growing past waist height, ruining the area where we planned to have games. There was also a large ugly fence around the pool a that didn’t exist in the photos. It was difficult to unlock, took hours to get help from the host for the “trick”. It made setting up the projector impossible. There was also a huge two story un safe ladder just open in the yard.And dirty dishes in the cabinets. We contacted VRBO and the host. The host apologized but offered no resolution for the clearly false advertisement, and VRBO also didn’t help with a satisfactory resolution. Not even half back.
