Well maintained classic home close to Exposition Park, Churchill Downs, downtown. Host was prompt with all communications and very helpful. Parking for three or four vehicles, lots of space for kids.

The house location was perfect as it was only a few blocks from the Walmart and the target. So any little thing you forgot or need to get one right in hand. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house had plenty a room for everyone to stretch out or sneak off to bed early and not interrupt everyone else’s fun.

Property had an interesting name-held my interest. Proved to be a wonderful experience. Home was impeccably clean and very welcoming. Enjoyed the Kentucky Derby with my sisters and their husbands. Coming back to this house was a fun time for us and it provided a peaceful setting for us to be together. Highly recommend.

Our group of ten stayed during our son's wedding. Gin was very accommodating for specific needs our group had. My communication with her was excellent, prompt, personalized, and thorough. Everything worked so smoothly from check-in to checkout.We all felt comfortable in this home we nicknamed "the Shire." The home was immaculately clean and welcoming, from the wreath on the front door, to slippers in a basket, snacks on the coffee table, to a stocked coffee/tea bar. It is a child and family-friendly home with books, games, and a foosball table. We enjoyed cooking, fellowshipping in the kitchen, and dining room and conversations in the livingroom. We will have lots of wonderful memories from this weekend, many centered in this home. Highly recommended!
