Pool wasn’t open yet but it is very big and looks very nice The back yard makes this place so great! Makes up for what it lacks in the inside Clean beds and just enough of a kitchen to have an awesome cookout after graduation!

The house was nice and fit the bill for some guysin town for a ball tournament. good location to town and the fields.

House was okay. Kitchen/stove was not very clean. A lot of details/upkeep not completed such as partial paint jobs, no propane for outdoor firepit. It really felt like we stayed at a home that had been forgotten about for a year or so. Smell was musty.

We had an issue that was the fault of the city and Seth tried his best to communicate issue with the city. When he understood there was no guarantee the city would correct the utility issue he canceled the reservation and made everything right! It is always a blessing to work with honest people.
