This property is uniquely located just 5 minutes from The Monument Event Center, 5 minutes from Downtown Rapid City, coffee and eateries, just off the Theodore Roosevelt Expy to Mount Rushmore and world class mountain biking, hiking, fishing, and all the rest that the Black Hills have to offer.
