This apartment is sunny and has fantastic views of the Otago Harbour. It is the perfect base for your Dunedin stay.

It is a 6 minute drive to the beautiful Macandrew Bay with its quaint beach and lovely café. St Cair, with its bustling café and restaurant scene is a 10 minute drive away. The Octagon with its cafes, restaurants and bars is only a 13 minute drive. In addition there are bus stops at the bottom of the drive making getting around even easier.

This apartment is a stunning base, and exceptionally well located whether you are exploring the Otago Peninsula, or looking for a getaway to explore what Dunedin has to offer.

This apartment is above the hosts garage, these are separate to the hosts house but still very close. You will have access to a small courtyard outside the apartment. This is a great place to soak up some sun and the fantastic views.

Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with great indoor flow through large sliding doors, opening onto the courtyard.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your basic cooking needs, including an oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher.

The apartment is all on one level, however there are a few steps up to the apartment on the path outside.

Quality linen is used throughout.

You will have access to a small paved courtyard. The rest of the backyard is for private use only.

A cot and highchair is also available for guest use.

Please note that our driveway is quite narrow, as is the available carpark. The park is only suitable for small and medium cars. A Rav4/Sportage style car would be the largest you could park up the driveway.

If your vehicle is larger, or you are not confident with reversing you would be better to park on the road and walk up the driveway (approximately 80m). Please note that you will not be able to see your car on the road from the apartment.
