Welcome to Seas the Day – Unit N4, a beautifully updated 2BR/2BA Gulf-front condo at Villas on the Gulf—just steps from the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach. This direct-Gulf unit sits two flights up (NO ELEVATORS ) and offers uninterrupted panoramic views from your private balcony. You truly cannot get closer to the water without getting wet.

Parking Information (Important – Please Read)

Buildings M & N at Villas on the Gulf—the only two true Gulf-front buildings—do not have dedicated parking spaces. Parking for these buildings is first-come, first-served in any unassigned, open parking space within the complex.

Carports and any marked/numbered spaces belong to specific units and are not available for guest use. Vehicles parked in these areas may be towed by the property.

During major peak weeks—especially Blue Angels and July 4th—parking can become limited. If visiting during these periods, we strongly recommend securing a space and leaving your vehicle parked when possible, as open spots may not be available upon return.

We provide this information up front so expectations are clear and there are no surprises on arrival.

We had the most enjoyable vacation at Seas the Day. Everything was provided so we didn't have to worry about the small stuff like laundry detergent, paper products etc. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the serene sound of the Gulf. Mary provided many ideas of what to do and where to eat which was much appreciated.

Outstanding!!! The place has everything you need for your beach vacation. The rooms were clean and all of the appliances were in working order. The view and the beach access were great. If we weren’t on the beach we were sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in. The location was also great. Plenty of great restaurant nearby. Communication with the property owner was great also. Very quick to respond to inquiries and makes sure you have all of the info you need to ensure your trip is wonderful.

We loved our stay at this condo, the location is perfect close to all restaurants and shops! Beach front was a must with little kids and the view is amazing! You cannot get any closer to the beach. The location is superb. The rental has everything you need for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The washer and dryer really came in handy. We would stay again.

I have only high quality condos and the past reviews to prove it. This is a year old listing so it doesn't have a huge amount of reviews as of yet but it’s 100% positive so far ! I have other rentals on Pensacola beach all online bookable via Homeaway or Vrbo and they are 5 stars !! All condo/ houses are stocked way more than your typical vacati N rental and we get a lot of repeat bookings because of it .

Why they chose this property

It's got a gulf front view all remodeled and perfect for a couple or small family . Located at the Villas on the Gulf condo complex which is located on the East end of Pensacola Beach away from the action of the ‘core’ of the beach but within a mile so simply the best of both worlds . Sleeps up to six in the two double beds and one king bed .
