The large living area boasts a top of the line oversized power reclining sectional, the infamous Halyard Lounge Chair, and a flat screen Smart TV & Sonos sound bar creating the perfect space to relax around the gas fireplace or to be entertained.
The primary bedroom is surrounded by windows that overlook the interior patio with a luxurious queen bed made with European stone washed linens. A reading chair and dresser and oversized mosaic mirror complete the room. The primary bathroom has dual sink vanity, oversized glass shower and walk in closet with built ins.

The covered & sheltered front patio is a luxurious oasis any time of year to relax. From sipping morning coffee & watching people walk to the Saturday Market in the summer, to warming up with a glass of wine by the fire pit apres ski, it's a fun space to enjoy.
The interior dining patio boasts a six person table and chairs, string lights and umbrella & privacy screens. Perfect to share the warm Bend evenings in the summer with family & friends.
