NEW three bedroom, two bath, FULLY RENOVATED single-family home. The kitchen is fully supplied with all the necessities to prepare your desired dish of the day including an air fryer. This clean home boosts a brand-new kitchen, bathrooms, bedding, flooring, and appliances. The attached garage offers dual powered doors. No backing up, just put your car in drive and go as both ends open. *Please note this garage will only accommodate vehicles up to 17 feet.

Wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee or spend your evening with your beverage of choice in your private, peaceful backyard. We have bicycles for your enjoyment. The neighborhood is perfect for bike rides, walking, or jogging.

BRING YOUR BOAT! There is no HOA and boat-slips are only minutes away. Titusville offers excellent fishing opportunities at various spots, including the Indian River Lagoon, Mosquito Lagoon, and local piers such as Titusville Municipal Marina and Veterans Memorial Fishing Pier.

Regardless of whether watching a Rocket Launch from your own backyard with Southeastern exposure, or you decide to drive 2-minutes to Sand Point Park at the Max Brewer Memorial Pkwy for a closer look, and maybe do a little Fishing while you wait, you are in the heart of it all.

This home is conveniently located near Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, and a short drive to Cocoa Beach. While here you can experience the awe of a Space Launch, take in a Tour of the Kennedy Space Center, Charter a Fishing Boat, Sun and Surf at the Beach, spend a day with Orlando’s Thrills, Daytona’s Speedway, Observing Manatees, Bird Watching and Hiking Trails.

This house is even nicer than the photos! Newly renovated, nicely decorated, big refrigerator, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, cups, etc. We didn’t cook, but had pots and pans. The location was good for us as our purpose was to attend a family wedding in Mims.

We stayed here for a full month and had a great experience. The beds were very comfortable, which made a big difference during a longer stay. The interior design was thoughtfully done and was stylish without feeling overdone. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to everyday items, so settling in was easy from the start. Our first Vrbo experience-it was great.Stayed here to be close to the pier/ shrimping -did not disappoint. Great restaurants nearby, easy to get to and close to town.Had all the amenities needed for a comfortable/ enjoyable stay.
