"BALBOA BEACH ESCAPE" 20% discount for 28 day stay 10% Weekly Discount. Auto applied. Beach and Bay are only a block away. Nestled between the Balboa and Newport Beach Piers on the Balboa Peninsula. This mid century 4 unit building is located on West Balboa Blvd. It's perfect for walks on the beach to either pier location with many fine restaurants. It is also a short stroll to the Balboa Ferry, Fun Zone and Catalina Flyer. In the wee hours of the morning, when all is quite the surf can be heard. This "STUDIO" apartment has A/C, granite counter tops, updated cabinets, a full kitchen, small bathroom with shower, comfy queen size captain’s bed with drawer space underneath, Smart TV with Cable and Free Wifi. Garage Parking for a Sub-Compact Car.This ground floor unit overlooks the shared garden patio. Grill your own burger, steak or hot dog's on our Weber Gas BBQ. Beach Chairs and Beach Towels are provided for your use. One of the wonderful things to do is wake up grab a cup of coffee and go watch the surf roll in. SLP13793

A shared Coin-Op Washer and Dryer are on site. Other tenants in building are full time residents so quite hours are very important.

We had a lovely stay at this property! The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and surrounded by many shops and restaurants! The property manager was very helpful when we needed to store our bags before checkin as well as accommodating our need for a late check out! Definitely recommend!

Great Location!

The check in/out process was so easy, well stocked and we loved the location right between the Ocean and Bay, we watched the boat parade right behind the Unit. I would however suggest having a couple blankets stocked in the Closet, it got a bit chilly at night. I would definitely recommend this Unit and come back to stay again.

I stayed here for a week while visiting family in the area. This studio, while basic, had everything I needed and is great for one person. It was clean and the owners communicated well. I had no problem finding convenient street parking. I would stay here again.

Nice place for a couple to stay. Short distance from the beach, unit was clean and had all the necessities and then some. Walking distance from both piers. Garage is small and a sedan won't fit. (Car rental companies fault, not the hosts.) Just noting as street parking can add up, so make sure you get a true compact if you want to avoid the hassle.

Fantastic location, very clean, comfortable bed, everything worked. It was perfect for my wife and I. It was nice to have access to the garage to put our rented bikes in at night. Balboa Beach Escape is GREAT!!!

This property is wonderful. We stayed here last year (different unit - Balboa Sea Escape) and had so much fun we decided to come back this year. The property has everything you need to have a wonderful stay at the beach. Property owners have done a wonderful job and are very accommodating. Location to the beach is awesome. Already planning on booking at one of the 3 properties next summer. Can't wait!!!

Beware, street traffic very busy and noisy. Road construction, jackhammers every morning at 7am. If you’re planning of spending an appreciable amount of time in the unit, try a quieter location.
