We work and live in Olympia, both employed by the local hospital at Providence St Peter. We enjoy travel, birding, and at least one of us really likes mountain trail running! Being with family is important too.

Why they chose this property

TheOverlook has been our dream to purchase and remodel for the better part of a decade. We enjoy watching others enjoy this phenomenal location with stunning natural beauty and we believe you will be thrilled to be here.

What makes this property unique

Less than a dozen homes in all of Olympia have the amenities this property encompasses. The views, the solitude, the old-growth forest, proximity to downtown, the Puget Sound, Capitol mall, multiple restaurants and breweries - TheOverlook cannot be beat.
