Situated just off the beaten path, surrounded by trees and only a 3 minute walk from sandy and swimmable Lincolnville beach, a deli, seafood, coffee roaster, shops and the Islesboro ferry terminal. Plenty of nearby hiking trails and a short drive from to the charming, small coastal cities of Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland.
