Come enjoy our spacious upstairs MASTER suite, no extra fees. You are renting 1 private upstairs room/ensuite bathroom. Bedroom door locks from the outside for you security and privacy. (keys given upon check in) Come and go as you please, no curfew. This room has a queen bed along w/a twin bed, an over sized comfy recliner, large private en-suite bathroom tub/shower. SmartTelevision with HULU LIVE and Amazon Prime and other movies. You are welcome to use my kitchen as a courtesy when not in use..We are 1 mile from the interstate and 15 minutes from downtown Nashville, Tn. We are 4 minutes from shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. There is a mall 10 minutes away. No smoking or vaping. Towels, linens provided along with a coffee bar. 3 guest max

We are a middle aged couple always on the go and rarely home. I teach middle school and help my husband, Skip, run our hot dog cart business. We have two carts at two different Lowes Home store that we run 6 days a week
Why they chose this property
We love Hendersonville. I have lived here 51 years and my husband off and on throughout his life (71). The house is exactly 1 mile from the bypass which leads to Down Town Nashville and surrounding areas which make it the perfect. Close but not to close to the noise and congestion of downtown.
