About this property

Lakeshore Living- studio apartment

We invite you to enjoy or quest-house suite! This is a 750sq ft studio apartment, equipped with everything you will need to have the perfect stay. The studio is attached to our home, but you have your own private entrance- the studio was built to give guests their own kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom. Key features include: a private bathroom with a brand new gorgeous walk-in tile shower, an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings to optimize the space, as well as custom built kitchen with everything you need!

You are free to use any space/area of the fenced in backyard that you would like. We do have a 13 year old dog that weighs about 25lbs who goes in and out of his doggy door at his leisure, please be mindful not to let him out of the fence. Please do not allow him into the studio, as we wish to keep this area dog hair and allergen free.

The pool is open May-September and closed October-April. You are welcome to use the pool at any time during the open season. Swim at your own discretion. This is our home, and we DO have occasional pool days when our busy schedules allow. There are multiple seating areas, so please make sure to enjoy the pool even if we are out there enjoying it too!

Perfect for what we needed. Super clean and the hosts were really nice.

Wouldn’t hesitate to stay and not a bad drive to Nashville. Everything depicted in the pictures is the exact same as what was there. Overall a great experience.

Peaceful

It was very good location, quiet, peaceful and overall just a very clean and nice place to stay. Will gladly stay here repeatedly when I visit Nashville over and over. Also the communication was very clear and concise!

The studio was extremely clean and inviting. I had a great stay there. I was in Tennessee for my daughters wedding.. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a nice quiet neighborhood to stay. Thank you for ur hospitality and I really enjoyed my stay there .

Very nice little place that accommodated 2 people. We had an awesome time staying there and seeing our friends and visiting down town. We were there 8 days. The only thing I wish we could have changed was a comfier bed since there a longer period. Otherwise everything was very clean, a nice.quiet little place. I would recommend to a couple if looking for a studio place. Thank you for having us!

Cute and clean

We used the facility so we could visit family. It was close. We were basically there to sleep.My husband fished in the area and loved it. The accommodations were excellent for our needs. Unfortunately, it was not warm enough to swim, but that would have been refreshing as well.

Great Stay!

Property was very nice. I do wish we could have received better communication from the owner. We sent a message. Although this was not urgent we never received a response. This could have been troublesome if something was wrong.

Fantastic place to stay! Private entrance, great place to park, wonderful kitchen and terrific bathroom with washer/dryer. Loved having Maxx show up to take a peek through the window in the door. Will stay again and recommend to friends traveling to Nashville.
