Summary:
This is a simple place to stay with a great view outside your door. My garage has been renovated, it is a Detached Guest Room. You have a complete bathroom. You also have access to the yard so if your pets need to go outside to do their business. Please note that the bed will not be made when you arrive. The couch will be put up. The linens will be there for you to use. The main area is 126 square feet (14x9)
Please note: The WIFI struggles on the inside. You likely have to be outside for it to work.

The Space:
I will accept you if you have a pet. Though I do have a high extra pet cleaning fee. I feel like it is better for me to at least give people with a pet with an option even though there is a higher pet fee then most people. ($250)

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may require a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). 3 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 8 PM CT to address your questions and concerns. The maximum guest occupancy is 2. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Central. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Central will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Central. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.
Late Check-out Fee policy

75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
$100 minimum fee so it's the % or $100, whichever is higher
