Centrally located in Fraser Valley, a short drive can get you to the slopes of Winter Park, the calm waters of Grand Lake or anything in between.



Every detail of this beautiful new home has been designed with family vacations in mind - whether you're out here to ski, bike, hike or just enjoy some mountain solitude!

THE HOUSE

The main floor boasts 19ft ceilings, quartz countertops, portable smart TV, cozy wood-burning fireplace & beautiful chandeliers. Our expansive windows provide views of Byers Peak & the Continental Divide. Off the main floor there is a large deck with outdoor seating, an outdoor Blackstone griddle and a large private sauna big enough to fit 6 adults comfortably!



Modern Chef’s kitchen with brand new white Cafe appliances; stocked with coffee & tea, oil & basic spices.



3 Bedrooms (Sleeps 10)

- Master en-suite: luxurious king bed, deck access, heated bathroom floors, deep soaking tub, and waterfall shower head

- Queen bedroom: large windows, outdoor access, closet storage & pack-n-play.

- Bunkroom: 2 twin bunk beds (4 beds), personal reading lights, bean bag chairs, and mounted smart TV.

- Loft: workspace with a leather queen sleeper sofa, complimentary eye masks & privacy screen



The garage fits 2 large vehicles and has a Level 2 EV charger. Outside parking for 2 extra cars.



Every bedroom offers a closet or drawers for clothing storage & hangers. Our lower bedroom has an ironing board & iron, as well as a pack n' play for your use (please provide your own crib sheets).

After moving coast to coast a number of times, we finally found Colorado and decided this was our forever home. Once we got the chance, we built our dream home in the mountains we love so much. And, now we’re sharing it with you!

When not in the mountains we live in Aurora with our two kiddos & dogs.

Why they chose this property

I had my eye on this property for YEARS before we were finally able to make our dreams become reality! We love this location for it's accessibility - both for being right off HWY 40 and for being centrally located in the Fraser Valley. In just 20-30 minutes we can either be on the slopes of Winter Park or out on the banks of Grand Lake. And have I mentioned the VIEWS! Located on a sloping hill we have expansive views of the Continental Divide, Byers Peak, and the greater Rocky Moutnain Nat'l Park.

What makes this property unique

We have taken every opportunity to design this space to be a combination of peaceful luxury & functionality! Right away you'll notice our massive cedar ceilings, modern spiral staircase & graceful chandeliers. Opening up to a high end chef's kitchen, our main level is the perfect place to spend your family vacation - cooking, playing games or resting together!
