The house has everything you need for your stay. The views are amazing and we saw deer roaming around during the day when we were in the pool.

The stay at this house was excellent. The amenities were great. Perfect sleeping configuration. Bathrooms were gorgeous. Outside was setup well for entertainment. We enjoyed a weekend of relaxation.

Great stay

We had a great time at this property. Fun with the pool, putting green, corn hole. It really can accommodate a lot of people, although we ended up with fewer than we'd originally planned. Tables were huge! Kitchen was well stocked, but there were no condiments at all (BYO salt/pepper, spices, olive oil, coffee, etc.) Bringing our own sheets and towels was a little strange, but okay. The biggest issue was the lack of bath mats, so it was difficult not to leave puddles.

This is was an awesome relaxing place. Would return for sure. To any other renters if you find army dog tags please give me a call@ 2548555143. My mom is really upset, they are my brothers that past away.

Hey y'all! We're Brannon & Wendi Hightower, owner-operators of Frio River Resorts.

We met in college in 1995 and have been together ever since. Frio River Resorts was started by Brannon's parents nearly 20 years ago and it has been continuously Hightower-family-owned and operated the entire time, with us buying the business in 2018.

We're local and we live in Concan full-time and enjoy serving as stewards of our community with participation in local boards and volunteer organizations. You've likely seen us on River Road as you leave on Sunday supporting the Concan Volunteer Fire Department in our “Fill The Boot” fundraising campaigns, or out to eat at Neal's or House Pasture.
