Easy access to Ojai and the Santa Ynez & Los Olivos wine country.

With 4 bedrooms/5 bathrooms, this home is perfect for 2 groups traveling together, extended families or a couples trip - with plenty of community space for socializing and quiet nooks and patios for relaxing. The home is located on a half-acre wooded property and is walking distance to the Santa Barbara Mission, Botanic Garden, Natural History Museum, and some of Santa Barbara's best hiking trails.

The remodeled, high-end, chef's kitchen that is fully stocked and open to the dining room and downstairs living room for easy entertaining.

Upstairs, the great room affords a magnificent tree house view of majestic oak trees through a wall of windows. The great room is warm and inviting with a large sectional sofa and flat screen TV, piano, and play area/reading area. French doors open from the great room onto the upstairs outdoor patio and dining area which floats in the treetops.

* This home is great for families with older children and groups of responsible, adult couples. Primary guests must be age 30 or older.
* No weddings, no parties with additional guests - due to STRICT neighborhood regulations.
* Parking for 4 cars MAXIMUM.
* Property is in a residential neighborhood. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am.
* NO PETS and NO SMOKING indoors or outside.
