Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure the windows are all closed and locked. Clean grill if used. Sweep fireplace ashes into the hole at the back of the fireplace and close the flue, Make sure bathroom heater is off.

The street the home is on, Michigan Blvd, leads right onto the Lake Michigan Pathway and onto the beach. You can literally walk or bike from the front door onto miles of walking and biking paths. This neighborhood is quiet and serene with beautiful well-kept homes.
