This detached property is located along the stunning West Coast of County Clare. Situated only 0.5 miles from Spanish Point beach where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll it is an ideal location for visitors wishing to experience the rugged beauty of the West of Ireland.
Just a 15 minute walk from Miltown Malbay - the home of traditional Irish music and the world renowned Willie Clancy Festival.
As a family we have nurtured this property to completion with the utmost love and attention to detail. This home has been decorated to the highest standards with all handmade bespoke furniture throughout. Full property can sleep 10 individuals comfortably. It consists of 4 bedrooms: 1 Kingsize bedroom on the groundfloor; upstairs consists of 1 Kingsize ensuite; 2 bedrooms both containing 1 double bed and 1 single bed. We also have 1 travel cot for an infant. This property has a full open plan kitchen and dining area, a spacious conversatory and a separate living area with a wood burning stove.

This Property is in a great location in the west of Ireland, with many interesting places to see -
From the Breath taking Cliffs of Moher, to the Fields of limestone that is The Burren and the Alliwee Caves home to the Irish Brown Bear.
Take a 30minute drive along the coast to Doolin, where you can take the ferry at the pier to to any of the Aran Islands or go for an hours cruise seeing the views of the Cliffs of Moher from the ferry cruise.
This property really is a home away from home.

The house is very spacious and even with a large group of family or friends on holiday you will be able to find a quiet corner if desired! The owners have a flare for cooking and baking so the kitchen is well equipped for you to enjoy. The conservatory showcases the beautiful solid wooden beams and hand painted window frames where you can wind down, relax, play board games or watch TV. The living room is a more intimate surrounding with a solid wood burning stove where you can sit and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, read a book and chill with a glass of wine or Irish coffee!
