Check-in process took approximately 45 or more minutes.We checked in around 4:15 pm, knowing check-in time is 4:00pm.Room was not ready. The front desk person Gloria could not find hskpg/maint to see if the room was ready but not released. Once we received the keys to the room, It made it all worth the wait. The room was absolutely wonderful, the view was stunning, large accommodations, very happy!The living room couch is broken. The middle cushion sinks into the bed frame underneath. We had to add a cushion so we could sit on the couch.I was more comfortable sitting on the living room chairs. Upgraded furniture would be great. Weather was beautiful on & off rains, blue skies, and walking on the golf course was great.Mahalo, we enjoyed our stay very much! The Silva's
