The fabulous resort-style pool yard has been completely walled for privacy. Gorgeous mountain views from the heated inground pool, spa, and covered outdoor living pavilion. Awesome outdoor bar and lounge area with a huge fire feature. Yes - there are even gorgeous twinkly lights, a corn hole game and mini golf. This place is off the charts gorgeous! Here at Lemon Twist - it’s all about having fun and relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine!

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
As beautiful as the interior spaces at Lemon Twist are - it is the outdoor spaces that are the crowning glory. At every turn you’ll find another Wow-Moment. Completely walled and gated for privacy - the entire yard is surrounded by a lush Ficus Hedge. Spectacular mountain views from the inground pool, spa and outdoor living pavilion. You’ll find al fresco dining, a full bar area, a fire pit lounge, mini golf, corn hole and twinkly lights that come on in the evening to create an entirely different vibe that can only be described as magical.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Lemon Twist is a better-than-new, high-style designer home where the focus is on easy, livable comfort. Gorgeous but not precious. Beautiful yet family-friendly. This is the type of home where you can put your feet up, relax and enjoy a stress-free, worry-free vacation. And yes - please help yourself to the Lemon Heads - the property owners left them there for you to enjoy.

The interior living areas have been perfectly space-planned for spending time with your entire group or stealing away for some alone time to curl up with a good book. The well-stocked chef’s kitchen is perfect for individual or group meal prep. The interior dining room easily fits 8 to 10 guests. The living room features a large sectional sofa facing the fireplace and huge flat screen television plus more seating in the additional chat area.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 baths - so the home easily sleeps 8 adults. Each bedroom has that calm boutique hotel feeling. All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hospitality-quality mattresses, ample storage, and flat screen televisions. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a deluxe spa-inspired en suite bath, plenty of closet space and french doors that open up to the pool yard. There is a queen guest room and two additional king guest rooms (one can be converted to two twin beds upon request).

THE LOCATION
Lemon Twist is centrally located in the heart of Palm Springs just a short stroll from Ruth Hardy Park -- and very close to the world famous Palm Canyon Drive as it cuts through the Uptown Design District. Casual eateries, fine dining, coffee spots, art galleries and specialty boutiques are all nearby. The Convention Center, The Casino and the public tennis courts are also very close. You'll be just minutes from movie theaters, museums, and live performance venues. You'll find grocery stores, burger joints, sandwich shops and every other convenience imaginable, all within about a mile from this gorgeous property.
