Window A/C unit to keep you cool on those hot summer nights and Wi-Fi to keep you connected. Includes a flat screen TV with Apple TV for your entertainment. Please note if you are not familiar Apple TV, speak with an agent prior to booking. This rental includes a reusable tote starter pack of cleaning and paper products, compliments of the owner. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It's on a charming street and is extremely close to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. I have no complaints about the place. One thing to note is the place is managed by a rental agency. This requires you to sign a contract and pick up and drop off keys at their office, which is about a mile away. There are also some additional fees besides the nightly rental rate that's listed, although you'll see those before you check out. Heidi, the rental agent, was easy to work with and responsive.

Perfect location

Just a short walk to Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are located. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We loved listening to the church chime every hour. It was easy to navigate and see the local sights on bikes that we rented from the local bike shop. You can bike to the beach or the bike path that is nearby. The apartment was well cared for inside and out. The owners were staying next to us when we were there and couldn't have been nicer. We enjoyed everything about Chatham and our little apartment. I can’t wait to go back.
