As our first time in Copper, this apartment could not have been better in terms of location, ease, and accommodations. If we get the chance to come back, this apartment would be an easy choice.
This was an amazing ski in/ski out location and we really enjoyed the stay. The place was clean, organized, and delightful. Beds were comfortable and the 2 baths were very nice to have. Felt cozy! Recommend!!
We had a great end of summer vacation here! This was my 3rd visit to this property and I plan to continue using this spot! <3

ski-in/ski-out condo
Convenient, clean older condo right at the Copper East Village, walk right out to Super Bee lift!Easy parking, large warm hot tub, full kitchen Great late ski season rates!
The property was great for 4 people. I think it would get a little crowded with more. The location was perfect for intermediate and expert skiiers. Not close to beginner ski runs.Ski in and ski out can't be beat.Hot tub was great even in sub zero temperatures.Management company and owner were TERRIFIC about answering questions quickly
We loved the location of this condo. It was steps away from the Super Bee lift. Being on the first floor was also nice. The two bathrooms made getting ready so easy for our family of four. The beds and other furniture were comfortable. The condo was stocked with all we needed. The garage clearance was short 6' 4", however our crossover SUV with roof box managed to squeak by!
Check in process and communication was great. Hot tub was great with a beautiful patio and views. Property is advertised as sleeping 6 but only has 2 queen beds. It took us a minute to find and figure out that the third bed (advertised as a king bed) is an air mattress which did not stay inflated all the way.

Response from owner: "Hello Kirsten,
Thank you so much for the kind constructive review. We always appreciate when our valued guests let us know how we can improve on our amenities. Since 2008 of owning this unit we have been able to stay very high on our rental site reviews because our guests let us know how we can best help them have a relaxing stress free visit. I am so happy you were pleased with the communication for a hassle-free check-in along with the hot tub, patio, and views being above and beyond what you expected. I will certainly contact my management company to make sure we are not listing our blow up mattress as a king, it should say queen. I too will get the blow-up mattress replaced today. I had no idea it was not holding air, thank you for letting me know.
All in all, it sounds like you had a very successful vacation. Please keep us in mind for your next visit!"

Fantastic!
My daughter and I stayed here for a few nights on a spontaneous get-away. We loved it! It was just as described with comfy beds and nicely remodeled. I would suggest new pillows for the beds and adjustable shower heads, but that is reaching for a negative comment. This place is awesome! I loved the blackout curtains on every single window.
The kitchen was well stocked- including some Tony's (as a Louisiana girl, this was a comfort to see). My daughter loved the fireplace in the lobby and the hot tub looking out over the golf course/ski slopes. Bill Black was lovely- he was thorough with information about the condo. I look forward to staying in one of his condos in the future!

Kids at Camp at Woodward!
Great value! Can't wait to return. All aspects of renting this condo were positive. The owner is helpful and easy to communicate with. Condo clean and in excellent condition. The balcony faces the parking lot, but two steps down the hallway allows you to check conditions first hand out the back door. A short walk to the barn, Woodwards indoor ski and snowboard training facility with 19,400 square feet of terrain park and pipe progression. We were sure to catch the boys in action every evening. We enjoyed the two great restaurants right at our doorstep. My husband couldn't believe that he could carry his clubs out the back door and be on the golf course. We shared the space with two families and were very comfortable. Can't wait to return!

Fantastic Rental!!
My family and I enjoyed our vacation last year thanks to this condo being slopeside at Copper Mountain.
I am not as avid a skier as my family, so during a few days of our vacation, I stayed behind and enjoyed my time in the condo itself. Due to the great amenities in the kitchen, I was able to greet my exhausted skiers with a hot lunch and then even made cookies when they came off the mountain at the end of the day. We were able to make dinner every evening which saved on eating out in the resort.
The rental was spacious for our family - the bedroom was very large so we could spread out. The condo faces the mountain which was nice in the morning to check conditions.
The owner was very easy to contact and responsive. We had no issues with the condo - it was extremely clean and exactly as stated. We could tell it was very well cared for and a delight to spend a few days up on the mountain relaxing. I would highly recommend this condo to any family looking to spend time close to the mountain!

Easy Access to the Slopes
The location was excellent, with easy access to the Super Bee lift. The communication with the unit manager was great. The kitchen had everything we needed and having 2 bathrooms was really nice. Wi-Fi worked well and I was able to do work (downloading large files and Teams meetings) with no interruptions. The ski locker was extremely convenient, although a little tricky with the keys. The cons: the TV in the bedroom did not work and the lighting in the unit was not the best. The lamps in the living room did not work properly, and the entry light was extremely dim. Our only other disappointment was the hot tub. It was warm, but definitely not “hot”. Overall, we would stay here again. The convenience of the access to the lift and the easy parking outweighed the minor inconveniences. Additionally, these are things that can easily be addressed and would make the place a 5-star rental.

Needs TLC
Bill was great.... from the moment we rented. Unit was clean and ready.
However the furniture is very over worn. The sofa has seating cushion all damage, no one could seat in the middle. The sofa bed was broken, and tilting toward one side.
Pots in the kitchen are all either scarped or stained. Bed sheets are old and ripped.
Also the unit needs better lighting...it is very dark. Changing all the bulbs to bright white.... would definitely help.
The FoxPine Inn is old.... the walls are paper thin, we were awaken various times from people just walking in the hall way. This unit was on the first floor...so every toilet flushed...every shower taken..... Yup... you hear it.

Dear Yvonne,
First, let me say thank you so much for renting our unit. I was so happy to hear it was clean and ready upon your arrival. Our top priority is to make sure all renters are very satisfied, and to date have been. That too is why we put in top-of-the-line mattresses as we want all our renters to have a great night’s sleep.
Two weeks after your visit I replaced the sleeper sofa on Jan. 14th, 2019. The sofa now is a brand new double recliner. After careful review, I realized only 10% of our renters were using the sleeper sofa. I figured after a long day of skiing 90% of renters would rather recline while enjoying a beverage and watching TV than have a sleeper sofa. However, for the renters who do need extra sleeping arrangements, the same day I had the new reclining sofa delivered, I purchased a Quilted Top Queen, 22” height automatic blow up mattresses with all bedding and new pillows.
On the same day the sofa arrived, I put in a new Aspen Wood Cowboy Decorative Rocker and took out the chair that was in the living room. All other furniture was inspected and still in great shape.
I will certainly address the sheets with my cleaners. I purchased new 800 thread count sheets and new towels in late Nov. 2018, not sure why they are putting old sheets on the bedding. Thank you again for letting me know of this. I will address this today and make sure it does not happen again.
I will have a brand new set of pots and pans in the unit the next time up in Feb. Again, thanks for letting me know of this. I too will inspect every item we have in the kitchen and update where needed.
I have owned this unit since 2008 and this is the first negative response I have gotten on the lighting and noise. I have three lamps in the living room, five halogen dimmer lights in the kitchen that support the living room along with a sliding glass door in the living room that lets in tons of light. Regardless, I will inspect the lighting as well when I get up there and add more or change to bright white bulbs as you suggested. I cannot do anything for the noise other than pour insulation down through the walls if the HOA will allow...no promises there.
I want to thank you again for your constructive criticism and want to offer you a free night if and when you consider coming back to the unit. I assure you to have a pleasant stay with all updated items stated above.
Many Blessings to you always,
Sincerely,
Bill Black
