Richly decorated executive lake home with magnificent backyard pool, jacuzzi, covered patio with covered grill and outdoor bar under palapa. 3 master bedrooms and 3 baths with large boat deep garage and parking for a boat or RV. Easy access location to all Lake Havasu recreational amenities.

The home has a nice study and work desk area, WiFi and smart home electronic key system with Apple TV and wall mounted 55 inch tv.

There is a separate fee for heating the pool and/or Jacuzzi. See additional fees for use in the listing

Awesome pool with waterfalls and 8 person jacuzzi. Outdoor covered grill under the thatcher roof of the Palapa that has 4 bar stools. A covered patio with a view deck above that showcases the panoramic view of Lake Havasu.

Inside there is a modern kitchen with three large master bedrooms and 3 baths.
