About this property

This property is located across the street from Windsor Beach and is 1/8 mile to the boat ramp.. This home is walking distance to the famous London Bridge resort.
This home is nicely furnished with all Kitchen, and bedroom amenities. It has a
master bedroom with king size bed separate futon bed and private bath complete with Spa tub. It also has 2 additional bedrooms, one that has another king size bed and the other that has a queen
size bed. That's 2 king and one queen sized beds!

In the living room area, we have a wrap around leather couch-with dual recliners, large flat panel TV, and a separate
recliner. All rooms have flat panel TV's with Direct TV. This home also has central A/C and heat, ceiling fans in all rooms,
vaulted ceilings, all kitchen amenities, a front porch with a great
lake view, and a outside patio deck complete the a beautiful lake view and Gas BBQ. The inside also has a dishwasher, large capacity washer/dryer, 2 full baths with high quality towels. The pool/spa and clubhouse is next door to the home. It is 25 feet from the home to the pool/spa area as well as the clubhouse that has a pool table, horse shoe pits, basketball and tennis courts, and even shuffle board.

This property is for those that want to be close to the ramp, and close to the bridge. This is not a party House! This is a family vacation home in great condition. If your plan is to come to Havasu to party with your friends, get drunk, get rowdy and destroy things, please call Motel 6 to secure a room. Be safe, have fun!

Lake Havasu stay

Good location with a nicely furnished and spacious lodging. Owner was attentive and easy to get a hold of. No issues during stay

Pictures don't do justice

This property is incredibly spacious. The bedrooms are all good sized, but the Master is huge, as is the master bath. Absolutely spotlessly cleaned. Had everything we could have needed. View from deck looking out to the lake was gorgeous. Neighborhood felt safe, we were in and out at night and felt very safe. Perfect place for folks who like to spread out!

Small issues that need not be addressed.

The boat in the way is a small inconvenience. The TVs in each bed room I couldn't get to work, but I didn't try hard. The living room tv was nice, though nothing was signed into so there was a limited selection to watch, unless we signed in ourselves, witch we had the option but didn't do, so that's on us. My biggest issue was that no two clocks showed the same time. Overall a wonderful place to stay, Definity set up for a lot more people than we brought (4).

Excellent stay in Lake Havasu

The property was very clean and beautiful with attention to details. Next door to community pool and spa and game room that we enjoyed immensely. It was a quiet getaway and I’d recommend anyone to stay here, not to disappoint!

Beware of renting here

There is an undisclosed cleaning fee you’ll be notified about after booking & expected to leave cash on counter as you check-out. If you want the A/C temp lower than 76 degrees, you’ll be charged utility fee PER DAY. The BBQ wasn’t working despite many efforts. The deep bathtub is nearly useless to soak in as the drain plug is right in the center where your butt would be and that’s not ideal. TV in spare bedroom didn’t work. If water is on in kitchen, it messes with the water temp in the bathroom which isn’t ideal when you’re doing dishes and your kid yells that the shower went cold/hot all the sudden! Keypad to get in is difficult to deal with. Overall it’s not worth what we paid especially dealing with the host who’s mad I refuse to pay a separate cleaning fee when not mentioned in listing which is misleading!
