Comfortable and quiet, private condo with large balcony patio in gated community on second floor. Beautifully manicured grounds. Private covered parking space, steps to pool and jacuzzi, tennis courts, golf courses near by. Close to the Arts district of downtown Palm Springs, walking distance to the new Margaritaville Hotel and great new restaurants and shops! Walking distance to some of the best modern architecture of Palm Springs.
Lots of original 70's styling, updated to enhance. Has all amenities, full kitchen, wifi, washer dryer , linens, and 2 large closets! Pull out sofabed. A non-smoking unit, 30 day minimum rental please. Thank you

Great stay this is a quiet 70s style interior with the latest updates, beautiful view looking out the patio and a comfortable pull out bed in the living room,Gail responds quick to texts and is very accommodating making my stay a very pleasant one.
