Before you head home, please take a few moments to complete the se steps so the next guests can enjoy their stay just as much as you did. Set thermostat to 78^F in summer or 65^F in winter.
Remove all trash and place in outdoor bins, wash dishes or load/start dishwasher. Remove all food and drinks you brought, Place used towels in bathtubs and keep beds unmade so we know what to wash.
Turn off all lights, fans, TV.'s, and small appliances. Make sure dock is left in the manner when you arrived and al furniture inside and out is returned to original location.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Jessica was very responsive and helpful when we were checking in. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The ceiling fans were AMAZING. We had the best time and will definitely be back.

This is a great waterfront location (canal off the St. John’s River)! The facilities are wonderful for families with children of all ages. The sunrises from the back deck are beautiful!

Excellent property, as listed. Clean. Good communication with host. A bit of a problem with the lockbox but Jessica fixed it immediately. Neighbors are friendly and hospitable as well.

This was the perfect vacation. The home is cozy and beautifully decorated. It was very clean. The kitchen had all the tools and equipment needed for cooking meals. The knives were even sharp. The porch was our favorite part. It was so relaxing to sit on the porch and look at the river. We ate every meal out side. It was nice to be able to bring our boat with us. The host was very responsive to our questions and was quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

We are from North Florida and have visited Welaka since 2015. We absolutely fell in love with the area. With our schedules we are unable to enjoy our place all the time so we wanted to give others the chance to enjoy this relaxing hidden gem.

Why they chose this property

It is a safe neighborhood on a canal and it’s a golf cart community. So much fun driving the golf cart to local shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

We recently upgraded our place. It is very clean and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay (except your toiletries ) plus it sleeps 10.
