Experience St. Petersburg in this lovely waterfront home! This modern space features large kitchen, dining room and living room and 1 br w/queen bed and 2nd br with two twin futons that can be pushed together for queen bed. Each bedroom has it's own private full bath. There is a private laundry room too. Guests can enjoy amenities like a dock, front and rear patios, firepit, propane grill, front and back patios, large backyard for lawn games, ceiling fans throughout, central air and heat, new appliances including 2 refrigerators, full size stove and microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 4 smart tv's, etc.
A beautiful and serene retreat, this house is a great place to call homebase while you're away. Location is prime and neighborhood is great! We are 2 miles from all the activity in downtown St. Petersburg and University of S. Florida & Eckerd College are close by. Also, tons of restaurants, shopping, music, culture, Saturday morning farm market, St. Pete Pier, Dali Museum and beaches are all just minutes away! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets too!
10 min drive to Spa Beach on St. Pete Pier and 15 min drive to the Gulf and St. Pete Beach! We know you'll love it here!

This home was the most beautiful and charming getaway! The view of the canal and its wildlife was breathtaking from the front porch, making morning coffee and evening beverage time the highlight of the day. This neighborhood is very quiet with occasional walkers, runners, and bike riders passing by. The inside of the house is bright, colorful, and very spacious and clean. The bathrooms are spacious and well lit. The kitchen is more than well stocked and had plenty of counter space and available storage. Most importantly, the hostess was gracious and attentive to our needs through out our stay. Simply put, we could not have made a better choice of where to stay in St. Petersburg. We hope to have an opportunity to stay again soon. Thank you so very much!

**5/5 stars** We loved every moment at this wonderful waterfront home overlooking the Bayou in St. Petersburg. The house is beautifully updated, impeccably clean, and designed perfectly for entertaining. Multiple outdoor spaces—a charming front patio, an expansive back patio with seating for 12 and a high-quality grill—made it ideal for our family to gather during the holidays. Guests could mingle at the kitchen bar, gather in the dining room, or relax in the den with the big-screen TV. Kitchen was fully equipped and a joy to use, appliances were modern, and the water pressure was surprisingly excellent (a rare treat at the beach!). Ruthanne is an amazing host—super communicative and going above and beyond. This place is a gem, and she's definitely Superhost material. Can't wait to return!
