About this property

The whole house with all kinds of amenities less than the price of one hotel room. Airy 3 bedroom 2.5 bath plus a den, a large living room, tile and wood floors, approx. 1900 sq ft. All white kitchen, pool/spa, outdoor dry sauna, kids game table, charcoal BBQ grill, parking garage. Free high speed Wifi, Roku TV. Pool/spa Just remodeled but may not be always available due to the frequent high wind storm or emergency repairs, heating fee is $50 per day for that pool and $25 for the spa and sauna with advanced notice. Early check in fee is $25/ hour based on availability. Clean towels, sheets, shampoo, soap, and kitchen utensils are provided. Tv in the den and master bedroom. The mattresses are medium firm. I will do my best to accommodate you with all of your needs asap if possible as i would like to obtain a 5 star review. The decoration in the pictures may vary due to continuous up grades, but not brand new so please do not expect perfection. FYI There are 4 security cameras outside of the house 3 at the front, the one at the back overlooking the pool and in the garage. You may turn off the one by the pool if you need more privacy and plug it back in after use.
There are many great amenities near the property, a few are listed below:
Walk across the street to a beautiful park with all kinds of amenities, basketball court, children playground, jogging/ walking track, exercise bars etc. Also minutes away from to the Charlie Kellogg and Joe Zaher Sports Complex and Amanda and Stacy Darling Tennis Center which has many great facilities; 11 lighted soccer fields, dog runs, Covered picnic areas, playgrounds, Multi-use 2.44 mile track surrounding the park. Only a short 20 min from the beautiful Red Rock canyon hiking/park and the LV strip and the great downtown Summerlin mall and resort hotel with a bowling alley. Also nearby Marriott hotel resort and golf. Grocery shops 5 min away and many restaurants are nearby. City business license number; G67-00279. Wifi info located on the modem

50th Birthday Celebration

It was nice to have all of the comforts of home. We were able to have breakfast before adventuring out for the day. It was disappointing to find out that the pool and hot tub were only available at an additional expense, that was not stated in the description of the property That was not stated in the property description. One of the benefits of having a Vrbo is having access to the washer. There is an out of order sign on the washer, and there is water on the floor. I will provide the owner with pictures of additional cleaning needed.

Deceiving photos of property

Overall the house need a lot of tlc. Holes in walls, trim pieces missing or in need of paint, window blinds that did not work or missing pieces, stains on cabinets, carpet on stairs was so disgusting we never walked Bear foot on it, the front yard was not kept clean and the biggest disappointment was the pool area which in the photos looks amazing and I won’t forget the two junk grills in the back pool area. I do not recommend this house to anyone, for this price stay at a hotel and save yourself some heartache. If home was in the condition of what the photos show- we would definitely be a returning guest.

It is obvious the house was not lived in for awhile. Outdated. Sheets don't fit. Not enough towels, we had to buy more. Pool was to be heated which it started to be, but wasn't cleaned until after a few days of being there, so it was not used. Roof pins for pigeons all over pool area, dangerous. Security bars on some windows were not secure. Fridge water and ice machine not working. Garbage disposal not working. Garage a mess. Limited instructions by owner. Place needs help! Not worth price.
