Convenient location for events in Freemont

We were in town for an electric skateboard convention a mile away. Super convenient to get to the event by car, skateboard or walking. Home needs some upkeep but is clean and functional.

Good spot for our short stay

Cute little home. We stayed 3 nights here with a lot of my family. Ages range from 3- 63. It did rain a lot while we were there. They have a nice big covered patio in the backyard. However on our last day the kitchen ceiling did start to slightly leak. But was fixed with a pan and towel.i do like that the driveway has a gate around it since the neighborhood does have quite a few people that walk around. Neighborhood might be a little sketchy for some but for the price you cant beat it. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property as well.

Nice property

Pictures were accurate of what the place looked like. A few stains on the carpet. Everything worked as it should. Thermostat was a little wonky, but we were able to figure it out. Overall, place was nice and worked for our group of 5.

Close to the strip!

It is a convenient location, but not in the greatest neighborhood but that didn't end up being a particular issue at all, however, and we enjoyed our stay. There wasn't much lighting in the living room so it was darker than preferable and the carpets had stains on them. The A/C/Heater worked well and overall it was a good space if you want to visit Vegas with a small group of friends. Two parking spaces on the fenced property was a nice bonus.

Great place

This place was clean and well stocked with towels, wash cloths and pillows. It was so nice that we could change the thermostat as needed and do laundry as needed. They even left us some laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets as well as some light toiletries. The check out process was so easy too! We all got our own rooms and I love that there was a gate across the yard and driveway, although I do wish it had a lock.
