NEWLY RENOVATED!
2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 5 in beds.

Check out the photos of our resent renovation! All new porcelain plank tile floors throughout the unit and new tiled showers and vanities in both bathrooms! All new stainless appliances in a sparkling white brand new kitchen with beauiful quartzite countertops.

Wake up to breath taking beach views and relax in the evening enjoying beautiful sunsets right outside this perfectly situated condo. Villa Del Mar has it all. One of the few condos with a heated pool on the beach side featuring plenty of seating, views of the beach, private restrooms on the first floor, shaded areas and tiki's, beautifully landscaped foliage to enjoy while grilling and watching your family play in the pool. Walk up from the beach to fully paved parking lot with a rinsing station and bench.
Feel free to utilize the elevator or get your exercise with the stairs for access to this top floor condo. Cooking is a breeze in the newly renovated kitchen featuring quartzite counter tops, a pass through bar and tile wood plank flooring. Invite friends for dinner and dine inside on the spacious table or out outside on the screened in lanai. Relax in the open living room with full ocean views. Wake up in the master bedroom to views of the ocean and fall asleep listening to the soft sounds of the gulf waves. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with plenty of dresser space and a large closet.
The second bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed, a huge closet and plenty of dresser space as well. Just outside the door is another full bathroom.
This unit also has a washer and dryer, wi fi, cable and 3 TV’s. The condo is no smoking and pets are not allowed.
You will love vacationing in this intimate 12 unit complex which will make your experience feel peaceful and private It is located in the middle of the island with Publix only a 5 minuet walk and quick access to Lovers Key State Park, Santini Marina Plaza, Times Square at the Pier, Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs, Naples, The Edison and Ford Winter Estates, trolley services, and the Southwest Florida International Airport. The beach offers excursions for boating, jet skiing with the dolphins, para sailing and more!
