About this property

Family-Friendly Condo with Great Location

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort (Admirals Row building B). The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and full private bath. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and flat screen TV. There is also another full bath, living room with large sectional couch and dining area. The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, traditional coffee maker and all new stainless steel appliances in January, 2021 (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher). It has ceramic tile throughout except for carpet in the bedrooms. Outside, there is large deck with several chairs and a table that are perfect for that morning cup of coffee while overlooking the smaller resort pool, small pond and also a view of the beach/ocean. We have beach chairs, beach toys, a beach buggy/wagon and large canopy tent for our guest to use. Located on the 2nd floor, we are close to the elevator and laundry room (which contains 3 coin operated washers and dryers).

After vacationing at Hilton Head Island for many summers during my childhood, we decided to purchase a condo down here for our family to enjoy also. We all enjoy the beach and Hilton Head Island has many things to do, while also having the most relaxing atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

The family-friendly resort with a great location is what attracted us the most. Our family loves riding bikes on the miles of bike trails on the island.
