KIT with air conditioning with 3 accommodations and a parking space for car. With WI-FI and TV open. To the left of the property, access to Praia do Tombo (Blue Flag), 400 m distance (5 minutes walk), excellent for sunbathing, surfing (board rental on the beach) and fishing beach I recommend the right side, near the stones. To the right of the property, access to Guaiúba Beach, 1.5 km distance (20 minutes walk), good for kayaking (for rent on the beach), for diving, deep sea fishing and beach fishing, beach of calm sea that I recommend for people with small children. The beach of Asturias, is after Tombo Beach, 1.5 km away (20 minutes walk), good for the practice of Stand Up Paddle (rent on the beach) and fishing with reel (wall of galletas), and where there is the fish and seafood market (near the ascent of the Mirante) and also the Feirinha de Artesanato e Souvenirs (next to the colony of Public Employees). In all the beaches they have kiosks that provide umbrellas and beach chairs by consummation.
