The only thing is not enough seating to watch TV for 4 or more people. The rooms were very comfortable to sleep in. Great distance from lake and river.
The property was clean. There were no issues with the property. Property is in a good location to the places we wanted to fish.

Please clean the linings. They smell like a dirty person was sleeping in the master bed and the spare blankets stunk too. Looked like the pillow had dried blood and there was dog hair on the furniture in the sun room. The Toilet needs to be changed out! That’s the smallest toilet they ever made. Other than this it wasn’t too bad. Cute little place.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to fishing. The decor was really well done and the layout was spacious and nicely arranged. We will be looking to book there again.

Sandra was a wonderful guest. She left the place clean and tidy. We hope to see her again in the future
Nice property and good location. Everything you need is there and was very clean upon arrival. Host was very friendly and answered all my questions prior to check in. Will definitely stay there in the future.
Ideal for the fly fishing crew looking for a quick trip to Texas hole and surrounding amenities! Literally steps away from the termination point for many of the long haul boat trips starting at Texas hole and ending at the Rainbow lodge boat ramp. Everything was clean and as advertised! Enough dishes, pots pans etc. for a group that wants to travel light! Thank you for the grill!
Home was comfortable and clean. We were pleased with the home and the host, Sabrina. She was accessible and helpful with any concerns and any questions we may have had. She would respond in a matter of minutes. Would book again.
The single beds are too short for tall persons. Perhaps having a bed frame without a raised foot bar would help. It was actually very hard to sleep on and bordering on dangerous in that one night my friend who is 6' tall got his foot tangled and when he turned in his sleep he hurt his knee.
