Mountain/Forest/Beach -

The house is at the top of the hill, it is simple but very bright, with a wonderful view of the sea, the forest and the mountain. It contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen combined with the dining and visiting room. It has an external area containing barbecue, oven and wood stove. A wonderful wooden deck surrounds the facade of the house and still gives you access to the barbecue area. The house does not have a garage so it is necessary to leave the car downstairs in some parking on the beach and walk up the steps that alternate with a little walk on the lawn and concrete to reach the house. Therefore, it is ideal for those who like peace, enjoy nature and like to go hiking and hiking. They were not recommended for children under 2 years old and people with mobility problems.

Praia deslumbrante, assim como seus arredores. O acesso à casa não é dos mais fáceis, mas nada impossível. É o tipo de viagem pra quem gosta de estar imerso na mata e na natureza; para quem não se importa com alguns insetos entrando na casa de vez em quando rsrs e releva algumas quedas de energia e água. Nada disso tira a qualidade da casa. Super confortável, limpa, bem cuidada, espaçosa e com ambientes bem distribuídos. Uma casa que combina conforto com uma certa rusticidade da natureza ao redor. Simples, bonita e ampla ao mesmo tempo. Valeu cada segundo!!! A Marisa foi uma ótima anfitriã, sempre simpática, clara e disponível.

Sossego na mata em Picinguaba!

A casa é muito bem equipada, com uma varanda ampla e agradável com vista para o mar! Ótima área de churrasqueira. A subida até a casa alterna degraus em pedra/concreto e trechos gramados/pavimentados planos, o que facilita o acesso. A Dona Marisa foi muito atenciosa, dando todo o apoio necessário!
