We had a fabulous few days at the cabin! The kids enjoyed jumping off the dock and taking the canoes out and we loved sitting around the large dining table at the end of the day - perfect break! Thank you!

Manager kept us informed well of maintenance that had to occur while there. Views were great along with the lake.

Beautiful home on the water, canoes and kyacks for us to enjoy. Breathtaking views and host was easy to connect with for quick answers. Host went above and beyond by surprising us with flowers and decorations for our special celebrations. It was a true blessing to have been able to experience this place.

The vibe here is comfortable and relaxing. You get great sun on the lake from early morning to mid-afternoon, and then the deck and side yard get the sun! Bring a chess board if you have a hankering for a game, but they do have checkers. There were some quirky cabin things but nothing that interfered in any way with our trip.

This house, location and lake exceeded our expectations. We all loved swimming off the end of the dock in cool, clean water. The canoe and kayaks were perfect for our teenage grandkids and us. The screened porch was a highlight of the house. The kitchen was well stocked. We’ve found the owner to be quite responsive to our questions and comments. We all intend to return. CP.

Spacious log home situated on an extremely clean "pond" - lake to us. Great fishing and grandkids enjoyed cooking their catches; largemouth bass on the outside fireplace. yes, they had licenses :) It was so nice to have the use of the kayaks and canoe so we didn't have to pack our own. We kayaked often to the little islands which were close by and picked blueberries to have in our pancakes. Very quiet location and we had some serene long walks with our two dogs. Host was excellent with communicating with us for some last-minute questions. It was great dealing directly with the owner rather than a management company. Debra is so considerate and nice to talk with! There's a photo album which shows the building process on the property, which is similar to our own log camp on a small pond in Maine, but ours's isn't as spacious. If you like quiet, beautiful, comfortable accommodations like we do, you'll love this rental. It's our new favorite place!

Parker Pond is one of the prettiest New England lakes, and this lovely cabin in the woods is wonderfully situated. Facing south, with a consistent breeze off the lake, especially in the afternoon, the screen porch is tremendous. We did not need to use the air conditioners all week. The dock is excellent with full sun until about 2pm each day.The kitchen was well stocked for all of our meal prep needs. With both a large dining room table and a good size kitchen table, we were able to devote one surface exclusively to puzzles, and that is how we spent most evenings as a family. The bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate and they are well represented in the pictures. This is a rustic cabin in the woods and if you need high end amenities and appliances, it might not be right for you. But if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place, where you can walk dogs for miles on country roads without seeing more than a few cars, if you like paddling on crystal clear water among loons and eagles (with very few power boats), exploring small islands and gathering wild blueberries, if this is your wheelhouse, then Breault Cove might be perfect for you. The inception, vision and history of the home is also quite remarkable. Briefly detailed in a photo album at the house, Debra’s parents were incredibly talented, tenacious and, I suspect, about as tough as they come. 45 minutes from Augusta, and 30 minutes from Farmington - this remote and peaceful cabin is an absolute gem.

It was an amazing property beautiful and well maintained on the inside. There was quite a few spiders outside on the various surfaces of the house. If you’re going to stay here you should know that shampoo conditioner and body wash is not provided. Additionally this property is extremely remote so you need to drive 30-40 minutes to a very small grocery store. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I think the price is a bit steep for what it is. I still maintain though that this is a beautiful property perfect for staying in and on the lake with the entire family.
