This property was an immediate favourite. The lush and expansive land transforms this charming cottage into a private lakeside retreat which we are glad to open for your group to discover as well.

With two private bedrooms and an open loft upstairs, as well as a spacious living area on the main floor, it offers all the essentials for our family gatherings and now for your group as well.

If exploring the area is on your agenda, we are conveniently located just 50 minutes from both Kingston - an area rich in history, vibrant cafés, and stunning university architecture - and Prince Edward County - a renowned countryside destination featuring spas, wineries, orchards, and beaches.

For a relaxing staycation, our cottage has everything you need. Whether you're interested in enjoying a leisurely glide with the swans on Hay Bay aboard our pedal boat, practicing morning yoga on the dock, playing badminton on the front lawn, or finding a quiet spot in our private forest with a good book and picnic basket, you’re sure to find experiences that suit your needs and make great memories.

Here is some quick info about our cottage:


Address: 5439 County Rd 9, Napanee, ON K7R 3K8


Directions: Exit on the 401 is 579/579A. Cottage is 15 minutes from the 401. If you follow a GPS it should take you directly to County Rd 9 (River Rd). You can then stay on this road all the way to the cottage. The GPS may ask you to take a left of Fitchett Rd from County Rd 9 but staying on County Rd 9 will be a more scenic drive and will not add any time to your drive. 


Around the area: 


Napanee is a wonderful small town but it has all the essential stores such as Canadian Tire, Walmart, LCBO/Beer store etc. There are many fast food restaurants as well as some good dine-in restaurants in the area. All within 5km of each other and 20 minutes from our cottage. For quick trip during the day you can drive to Kingston (40m) or Picton (40m).
