Recreation Passes:
Per The Sea Ranch Association rules, we provide 2 recreation passes per rental. Each pass can accommodate up to 6 people when fully completed. If you need additional passes beyond the 2 provided, day passes are available for $5 per person, per day at the pool kiosk or the Sea Ranch Association office.

PLEASE NOTE: After your booking is confirmed, all guests are required to complete and sign the rental agreement before arrival. Additional information and instructions will be provided after booking.

Sea Ranch and Sonoma County Guidelines
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time, day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum of 2 vehicles are permitted at the home, with a 2-car garage available. No RVs are permitted.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests for this home.
