This was a great property with plenty of room for our large group, space to gather, easy to walk to waterfront, welcoming to our dog and very responsive host.
What a fabulous home! The place was spacious and clean! The host was amazing! The neighborhood was so lovely! Very walkable. The parking was terrific! Thanks so much!!
We had an amazing time! The house was everything we could hope for. Everything we needed or could have wanted was there, and the off street parking was so helpful. The host family was wonderful and there for any questions we had. The location was excellent, close to all downtown activities and close enough to the beach to make it a daily routine. We truly felt at home and cared for in this space. It is very special and we cannot recommend it enough. We have a large family and this was the perfect place for us to relax, connect and spend time together. We are full of gratitude for being able to do so in this very special home.
Wow! What a wonderful house and host! Location is excellent, with good off street parking. The house is truly remarkable, with modern amenities while keeping the feel of a historic home. Plenty of unique areas to hang out together or get away from the group. We especially liked the welcoming nature of the decor and a positive, inclusive vibe-what the world needs more of! Lots of love and care has gone into this place. Great communicative host! 10 stars!
The Roseman house was the absolute perfect place for our family while in town for a wedding. Multiple living areas provided comfortable seating and ample space to relax while enjoying the unique decor carefully collected through the years. We enjoyed coffee on the second floor porch in the mornings and relaxed in the charming downstairs den/library in the evenings. The bedrooms were quite comfortable and it was nice having private bathrooms in each one. The chef’s kitchen was awesome - my only regret is not staying longer to get to use it more. Communicating with the host was easy and she responded quickly and included helpful information. If we ever head to Wilmington again, we hope to stay here again.
